Thomas John Dellert began in NJ Plumbing Apprenticeship while still in high school & in 2001 TJ enrolled in an official federally and state approved apprenticeship program.  Years of shop and class room study along with real world hands on field training paid off. In 2007 at 25 years of age  became the youngest NJ Licensed Master Plumber.  Subsequently he became the youngest licensed plumbing inspector in 2010.
